Guests:

Welcoming Homes accepts young adults who are on the path to legalization and have either a case manager or a pro-bono immigration attorney. Ordinarily, guests are referred to Welcoming Homes by various non-profit groups, however, other referrals will also be considered.

Guests need to provide a reference and a statement (oral or written).

The referring agency, case manager or immigration attorney will meet with the guest and a representative from Welcoming Homes for an initial interview. If need be this will be done with an interpreter. An application will be completed, including general information about the guest’s pathway to legalization and letters of recommendation, which can be from the case manager or immigration attorney.
